Good luck with that on windows.  The MSYS2 project provides libcurl
built against openssl.  I looked at the PKGBUILD file and there are
variants defined for builds against gnutls and ntls but they are not the
default and I have no idea if they will build or not or the gnutls
and/or ntls will build.
