I like this. Makes sense to me, the tool doesn't remove anything it didn't
place. Though perhaps we should still have a checkbox like "Remove extra
footprints" at the top, for those who _do_ want it to enforce 1:1 between
schematic and PCB. Should be fairly simple for people to figure out,
particularly if the summary of proposed changes automatically updates when the
state of that checkbox changes..
