Re: Legacy Canvas Mousewheel Behavior?

 

It’s been a while since I’ve looked at this, but from memory I think the issue at the time was the interaction of kicad’s incorrect scrollwheel direction and the wxWidgets issue where an extra scrolling event was being generated by wxWidgets in the opposite orientation of the kicad event.  So, for example, horizontal scrolling caused both horizontal and vertical axis events to be generated, causing diagonal scrolling.

That’s the best I can remember at the moment, it’s been a while.  If it’s been integrated already then I guess the above is no longer an issue.  The kicad behavior is still wrong, though.
