Simon,
I have some trouble with your patch (kicad_about-v4).

It does not apply correctly. (Fortunately, issues are in the 2 files
generated by wxFormBuilder.)

The main issue: Kicad crashes when calling the about dialog
(W7, 32 bits, wxWidgets 3.1)
