I would not be in favor of porting the existing auto router to GAL.  If
we do port it, please come up with a plugin architecture even if its a
build time plugin architecture like we use in the board plugins so it's
easy to implement alternate routers.

We should probably keep at least what we have now although I don't know
how may users we have who use the microwave tools.  You may want to ask
around on the user forums.  This would be my lowest priority task.

Here is one place were I would like to see some improvement beyond what
we have now.  The current options are not granular enough.  I would like
to see a net properties dialog that would allow you to set the ratsnest
visibility and change the display color of individual nets.

If it can be implemented in a sane manner, than this would be useful.
As others have suggested, the PNS router may prove useful here.
