The idftools are a mature set of tools and have already been fixed
based on some of the earliest coverity reports.  Since I did make
some changes to the tools recently (replaced GNU getopt with
the wxWidgets equivalent) I think it would be good to put them
through one scan but I don't believe there's any great advantage
to including them in all future scans.
