Re: pcbnew feature: Vias on Solder Mask Layers

 

Write a script to crop it or something, then. I don't see why we need to go
implementing a bunch of features specific to the various ways hobbyists make
their own PCBs. Sorry if that comes across grumpy, but it really does not sound
like a good use of anyone's time. I've done all sorts of weird things in
efforts to make my own PCBs at home, had no problem doing all my modifications
to the outputs externally as I recognized I was doing specific things nobody
else needed to support...
