Thank you OSX devs and users for getting this complete. I still need to
apply JP's locale patch witch requires some modifications when applied
to the 4 stable branch. After that I will tag the repo as 4.0.3 and
give our doc and translation folks a chance to get any final changes in
before updating launchpad to announce the new release.
