Currently, it is on my todo list (on the top), but a bit stalled.

There is still a bit of work to do and a few decisions to take.
Currently, there is no graphic pad shape editor, and no way to import a shape from a drawing tool.

Tomasz W. submitted (some time ago) ideas about custom shaped pads, net ties and microwave components.
I also need some time to work on these ideas.
