It's official.  I just uploaded the stable release 4.0.3 archive to
launchpad and merged the website blog post pull request.  Let me know if
you find any issues so I can get them resolved ASAP.

Thank you to everyone who made this release possible and your continued
support of KiCad.  I appreciate your efforts.  Give yourselves a pat on
the back and take some time to celebrate your efforts.
