Re: wxformbuilder version

For 5 stable release, I would rather stick with wxFormbuilder than open
up a Pandora's box of other issues. For the stable 6 release, we need
to have a discussion about if and how we want to implement
programmatically created dialogs. I want our dialogs to be more
consistent in terms of spacing and layout and use the proper wxWidgets
method for transfer data to and from controls. That will be an involved
discussion.
