I just tried to test this on windows, but with your patch applied it
does not seem to find the wizards...


I have them in %PROGRAMFILES%\KiCad\share\kicad\scripting\plugins

And run pcbnew directly from the bin dir. KiCad can find the wizards
just fine before your patch.
