This patch corrects the page numbers on multipage prints. The current
behavior is to print 1 / 1 on all pages. This patch will print incrementing
page numbers. For example when printing front and back copper with one
layer per page, the first page will be 1 / 2 and the second 2 / 2. The
behavior of the main pcbnew screen is preserved by using temporary
variables.
