Hi Lorenzo,

Actually this patch doesn't enable grid snapping when not in an
interactive tool, it only deals with the cursor display.

Grid snapping is a separate issue (view control, as opposed to the GAL
drawing), embodied by the ever popular
https://bugs.launchpad.net/kicad/+bug/1502750 and probably
https://bugs.launchpad.net/kicad/+bug/1671869 as well.

On the other hand, grid snapping without a cursor to snap is not that
useful, so I guess it's a start!
