I think users will be unhappy if they do a micro release update and
their schematics and 3D models have changed significantly.

I'm fine with breaking things in point releases to improve our library
situation. Given the current size of our libraries, I'm thinking it
might make sense to break them into separate libraries for packaging.
In other words, separate the symbol and 3D model libraries. I'm not
sure what to do with the stuff in the template folder. Maybe that could
be a separate lib as well.

Do you mean tagging the HEAD of the master repo or some other commit as
4.0.7? If that is the case than I think we should package the 4.0.6
tag. Anyone else have any issues with this?
