Re: 4.0.7 packaging (docs, macOS)

 

No problem.  I definitely agree with the libs, and now that I think
about it--unless we are adding new features, which we shouldn't be,
the docs should be fine too.

I will re-run the job without the -pre1 suffix and generate the release.
