"Image" would be more accurate.  Bitmap is a type of image file.
Bitmap2Component can load bitmaps, pngs, jpegs, etc.

Footprint is not entirely accurate either.  Bitmap2Component can also
generate symbol libraries, worksheet title block logos, and postscript
files.  Perhaps "Convert Image" would be better.
