The Gerber file is broken:
the line:
%FSDAX33Y33*%

is incorrect: the %FSD format does not exist (It is even flagged invalid : see the latest Gerber
file format spec).

only %FSL or %FST exists.

This is a a known issue in some non Gerber compliant EDA tools.
