Symbol library table bug.

I found a bug when loading the project specific symbol library table in
release builds that I just fixed in commit 9f0b2e4bb. If you are using
debug builds, the issue doesn't effect you. If you are using release
builds, please update immediately.  Sorry about the inconvenience.
