I just pushed a fix to prevent the remapping to include duplicate
libraries when sym-links are used.  It works as expected on linux but I
don't have a mac to test this.  @Adam, I know you mentioned this so if
you would test it when you get a chance to confirm that it resolves the
issue, I would appreciate it.
