[PATCH] Don't draw invisible pins in component chooser

Implemented an override flag that makes it possible to turn off invisible
pin rendering outside of the EDA_DRAW_FRAME.

IMHO this is a bug, not a feature request, because the invisible pins
clutter the view in the preview pane of the component chooser and are not
necessary.
