Hi Orson,

“Multiunit pin edit mode” kind of makes me think of something that allows multiple units to be different, rather than keeping them the same.  I’m not sure why.

An alternative:

"Disable synchronized pin edit mode\n"
“Synchronized pin edit mode propagates all pin changes to other units.\n"
"Normally enabled for multiunit parts with interchangeable units." );

But there’s nothing wrong with the English in your version.
