looks like pcbnew zone fill is a little wonky near arc Edge.Cuts. See
pictures below.
The arc lengths are 2cm and 7cm

This is a known issue? I imagine so.

The second image ends up with a divided fill due to a wire below it, which
perhaps makes it interesting
