That seems to be the same error as when the former so-name patch was not applied and original wxWidgets build stuff rewrites library names.
The bundle is corrupt then, because the bundling code fails to create symlinks and copies libs instead multiple times.

If you can send me where to find the current state, I can have look into it tomorrow.
I could imagine that it has to do with how wxPython is built… I have seen similar library rewrite stuff in some python build scripts (which the patch doesn’t fix).

However, shouldn’t make any difference, the fork contains all the stuff we had in the patches before.
