So loading your file (main.kicad_pcb), filling the copper zones works
very quickly for me (< 0.1s on my laptop). The progress bar just
blinks up briefly. Version: [(2017-12-24 revision 570866557)-master,
release build Libraries: wxWidgets 3.0.3]
