Yes, but Render tab should have separate menu.

Checkboxes which do not preserve state are: Through Hole Pads, Tracks, 
Non Plated Holes.
They all have separate layers, which I think are already in bitfield in 
a board file, so that won't be a problem.

I did not check if all colors are preserved.
