There is an annoying thing:

In legacy mode, ZONE_CONTAINERs are used to draw a zone on non copper areas, and DRAWSEGMENT of
POLYGON type are not supported for creation/edition.

Removing ZONE_CONTAINERs on non copper areas now, before deprecating legacy mode, is going to create
a few issues.
