As soon as I get at chance, I will add Liu Guang to the translators
list.  Here is the entry to the translators list:

aInfo.AddTranslator( new CONTRIBUTOR( "Liu Guang",
                                      wxEmptyString,
                                      wxEmptyString,
                                      "Simplified Chinese (zh_TW)",
                                      aInfo.CreateKiBitmap( lang_zh_xpm
) ) );

Please let me know if this is not correct.
