Hi Windows Devs-

There's a report over at https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1775946 of some
flickering while routing or dragging a track under Windows.  I don't
observe this using Mac or Linux in any of the canvases.  I suspect it might
be the clear selection action but I'd like to know how widespread this is
to pinpoint the issue.
