Hi Wayne-

A patch for the SEGZONE issue and porting the SEGZONE delete tool to GAL
has been pushed[0].

I would like to get the disambiguation/zone selection issue [1] fixed in
this release as well because the heuristic pruning has resulted in a few
reports[2][3].  Tom has said he'll have a chance to look at the patch this
weekend but if he doesn't, we shouldn't delay 5.0.1 for this.  If he's able
to look it over, then I'd like to include it.
