By the way, why are we even linking pcbnew twice? The python module and
the kiface are bitwise identical on my system, and we could probably use
CMake's builtin copy function to allow installing it twice with
different names.

If there is no good reason for that, that would solve a lot of issues
already including the failing QA builds that ajo's Jenkins instance reports.
