Re: 5.1 release

The 5.1.0 release has been tagged and the source archive[1] has been
uploaded to launchpad. Please let me know if there are any issues.

The 5.1 development branch has been created. I decided to use
-br-unknown for the KiCad version suffix of the 5.1 branch so that we
can distinguish between the dev and 5.1 branches when building from
source archives. Otherwise the version string would always be
5.1.0-unknown which would be confusing. Both branches are now open for
bug fixes only.

Cheers,

Wayne
