This is a proposal to create organization:
 GitHub <https://github.com/kicad-extra>KiCad Tools and Plugins
<https://github.com/kicad-extra>

Shared development of tools, scripts, plugins for KiCad EDA - KiCad Tools
and Plugins

The idea is to move all present kicad extensions: tools, scripts, plugins,
into single location, and have shared project ownership, similar to
 GitHub <https://github.com/KiCad>KiCad EDA <https://github.com/KiCad>

KiCad EDA has 30 repositories available. Follow their code on GitHub.

The intent is to have many *qualified* developers for any given extension
project.

It is assumed that most developers are mostly sane, and can follow basic
rules to be established.
