Removal of legacy canvas

Hi Tom,

I’ve nuked EDA_DRAW_PANEL and collapsed legacy_wx/EDA_DRAW_FRAME into legacy_gal/EDA_DRAW_FRAME.  Was your intention to remove EDA_DRAW_FRAME entirely, or can I move it out of the legacy_gal folder and retire the folder?

(PS: I sent about 62,000 lines to dev/null.  Should make the code-base a little easier to get around.)
