This was most likely due to one of the automatically generated files not
getting created before attempting to compile pcb_parser.cpp.  Seth just
pushed a fix for this issue in commit 8112a8ad.  If you already have
pulled this commit, then Seth's changes did not resolve the issue.  It
should only happen on clean builds.  The work around is to run make
without using multiple processors until all of the .keyword files have
been created.  After that, you should be able to restart the build with
as many processors as you can throw at it.
