Re: RFC: KiCad windows installer proposal

 

I am fine with this this change but not for the stable 5.1.3 release.
AFAICT this has not been tested using nightly builds to ensure there are
no issues before we put it into production.  The only downside I see is
that it will double the number of installers per build so that could be
an issue.  Although I suppose most users who run nightly builds will
want the installer with the library download option.
