Disabled Copr builds for Fedora 33

I don't expect this will affect anyone here, but just to prevent a possible blind-side, I wanted to announce that I've disabled building KiCad nightlies for Fedora 33, as that release has hit end-of-life, and I expect that the build-roots for F33 will disappear from Copr soon.
