Hi,

kicad-doc is dual licensed, GPL-2+ or CC-BY-SA-3.0

What's the situation for kicad-i18n? The GitHub site gives no real hint
what license(s) are used an valid? I could live with the dual license
like done for -doc. Others too?

I'm asking because I need to do a complete rework of the copyright
information within the kicad package in Debian and the resulting upload
will need to go through the NEW queue and the FTP masters are a bit
picky (for good reason) about the copyright information.
