Hello from UTC+9 ! - Tahiro Hashizume

Dear team members,

It's 23:58 on Jan. 3 2016 here, and my name is Tahiro Hashizume.

I am an EE student at Tokyo Denki University, Japan - and from now on,
also your team-mate.
I also happen to be a bilingual audiophile, mostly working on AF
analog circuits.

The fact that "transistors.lib" contains only a few entries for
Japanese BJTs has driven me to put some serious effort into improving
the situation - and I see that it could not have been any better than
as is now, especially without a serious committer living in this
timezone. So far, I have managed to add symbols for some thirty new
devices, yet also been having hard time finding out how things should
be handled. Being on #KiCad@freenode did help to some extent, but
still came to conclude that I was not getting enough.

Reflecting the fact that there are rapidly-increasing number of KiCad
users in Japan, I see things to be sorted and also feel some
expectations on my shoulders.

For all above, I have declared my interest in joining the librarian
team, and a warm welcome-message from Mr.Vesa Solonen got across the
web to reach me. (Thanks again, Vesa.)

I strongly believe in the software which already is very powerful,
with its development being driven by even more powerful team based in
CERN - and let me mention that Geneva will always be close to my
heart. (I lived there from 2001 to 2004, in Pregny-Chambesy area.)

I also believe that this is the team consisting of those making things
happen behind the scene if not on the front-line, and I'm more than
pleased to take a part in it.

P.S.- I have got some Eaglers around me to convert to KiCader. By
coincident? No, never! Those BJT entries added to my local clone will
be pushed and pull-requested for once the pending pull-request #355 is
completed. Taking it slow is good for me since I also have to resolve
a few issues stuck in mind, regarding the added entries.

Better tomorrow for KiCaders and EE-hobbyists,

-Tahiro
