Just a gentle reminder and apology all rolled into one ...

We had you down, and had mailed you late last year, with the date of 
22nd May.

We made a mistake there - we won't actually be there then - we've moved 
you back a week to the 15th May.

Hope that someone will be able to make it then - if there's an issue 
with the date then please let us know.
