To the Members of the Kubuntu Council,

We noticed that Jonathan Riddell is still the owner of the team.  The 
Community Council is reminding you all that other council and board 
teams are owned by the CC (organisational structure, less bottlenecks, 
etc.) and that you will ask the Launchpad Admins to take care of that.
