Canonical and Ubuntu are Patrons of KDE

Hello Kubuntu Council,

I'm very excited to let you know that Canonical (and by extension Ubuntu
itself) have become official patrons of KDE.

This also means that we can include the "Patron of KDE" images on
kubuntu.org now.
