I don't know what is wrong, but I'm not getting about 3/4 of emails sent to 
the list.  I can only see them here ( https://lists.launchpad.net/kubuntu-council/ )

I have taken the night and still feel that I can no long agree to or abide by 
the CoC, especially the first 4 points.  Therefore I need guidance on the final 
bullet point, how do I step down considerately?
