Hello Council, developers and other interested people:

After some discussion about how to manage our social accounts, we're made a
secret team. The reason it's secret is that the mail list can that way be
secret as well, and thus we can share passwords and other login
information.

If you would like to be part of this team, please ask here or write
directly to kubuntu-social-team@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Only team members can
subscribe to that list and see the archive, so we can use this secret list
to store sensitive information. For chatting about this in IRC, please use
the #kubuntu-council channel or Telegram group.

We'd like to get all the account owners as part of the team or for them to
hand off ownership to the team as a whole.

Now that G+ is shutting down, should we explore other upcoming social
venues to replace it? I was looking at MeWe the other day and it looks
pretty cool. Anyone interested in taking this on?
