Page https://kubuntu.org/alternative-downloads has an old LTS point-
release listed under section BitTorrent, as well as links to torrents
which no longer have an active tracker (specifically, Kubuntu 18.04.1
instead of 18.04.02).  If there is a release workflow and/or document,
then updating this page should be added to it.
