Hello

I am Rick Timmis, a member of the Kubuntu Council. We have been approached
by a US vendor with a venture proposal for a Kubuntu Laptop.

The Kubuntu Council have advised me to seek advice from Canonical in this
regard.

Please find attached a draft proposal for
an initial pilot project, which we would be very interested in running with
them.

We would like to know if there are any concerns or issues that you feel
should be considered before we proceed any further.
