Review: Needs Information

Thanks for working on improving the test cases, I really appreciate it. I have just a couple of comments / questions which appear in-line.

I find i strange that title is quoted in <dd> but not in <dt>. If you think so too would you mind changing it so it is consistent?

I'm pretty sure this being missing is actually a bug in the installer. Do you have any evidence which suggests that it is not?
