[Bug 1969866] [NEW] 22.04 torrent link is not 'https://'

Public bug reported:

On the 'Alternative downloads' page (https://kubuntu.org/alternative-
downloads/), the link URL for the 22.04 LTS torrent is
`http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/releases/22.04/release/kubuntu-22.04-desktop-
amd64.iso.torrent`. (The URLs for 21.10 and 20.04.4 LTS torrents are
correctly 'https://'.)

As a result, the browser (Firefox, at least) throws up a security
warning because you're trying to download the torrent file via
unencrypted HTTP. Obviously a savvy user can just throw an 's' in the
URL, but it's still not a great experience, so I figured you would want
to know.

P.S. While I'm here, there's a typo in the link text for 'Kubuntu
20.04.4.LTS (64-bit)'; there is an erroneous '.' between the last '4'
and the 'L'. Also, the link text on the page for 'ktorrent' should
probably be capitalised as 'KTorrent' (that's how it's styled in KDE
material: https://kde.org/applications/internet/ktorrent/).
