Hello KC

I met last week with Phillip Kewish, and I provided him an update on
Kubuntu, the community and status.

It is early days for a Philip and in his new role, his task is to reignite
the community.
This initial meeting was to introduce himself and to find out a little more
about our flavour and how we organise.

I explained our close relationship with KDE, and some of the tools.

Once Philip has had a chance to gather ideas and feedback he will follow up
with us.
