Dear Jonathan and Scarlett

The Kubuntu Council has discussed and agreed to contract Scarlett for
September and October to develop and deliver Kubuntu 24.10.

This shall be at the sum of $2000 per month and Scarlett will forward an
Invoice for the total amount of $4000 which can be paid upon receipt.

Thank you Jonathan, for assisting us with this financial administration.
